Pakistan’s Women Football Team to Play International Tournament in Saudi Arabia Next Month


Another proud moment for Pakistan as Pakistan’s women football team would compete in an international tournament.

Women football team will visit Saudi Arabia in order to participate in four-nation tournament and the fort match will held on 11 January.

Following the 2013 FIFA ban due to inactivity, Pakistan team remained inactive even when the ban was lifted on 217.

After witnessing the enthusiasm shown by the Pakistani football players and the audience, the PFF (Pakistan Football Federation) is reviewing the national squad with regular camps.


Whereas the Pakistani team participated in the South Asian Football Federation championship last September with a stellar 7-0 victory over Maldives and now the squad is all set to faceoff Mauritius and Saudi Arabia on January 15 and 19, respectively as the tournament would held in KSA.
